What to bring and wear:
Bring a yoga mat or blanket for your meditation practice.
We recommend wearing layers to adapt to the weather and encourage you to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
The practice is open for everyone, however if you have a specific health condition, please message me ahead of the session.
