Indigo Ceremony is the expression of my deepest calling, a project born from my longing to help people feel, heal, and return to the truth of who they are. It grew from a desire to create safe, sacred spaces where individuals can explore the depth of their soul, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and remember how powerful they are.

I have always felt connected to mysticism and the otherworldly, and this project is where that devotion finds its form. Through Indigo Ceremony, I guide others in navigating the realms of the psyche, the unconscious, and the unseen, helping them understand the messages, energies, and symbolic languages that shape their lives.

It is a bridge between worlds: ancient and modern, psychological and spiritual, somatic and mystical. A space where healing becomes an exploration, and transformation becomes a living, breathing experience.

About me

 

I am Khouloud, a sacred space holder, energy healer, and transpersonal guide working at the meeting point of psyche, energy, and spirit. My approach is rooted in depth psychology, Jungian perspectives, and a deep trust in the intelligence of the unconscious. I weave this with somatic awareness, intuitive guidance, and years of personal healing work that allow me to hold others through complex and transformative inner landscapes.

Breathwork sits at the core of my path and my offerings. I work with the breath as a gateway into the nervous system, the unconscious, and expanded states of awareness. My practice ranges from therapeutic breathwork to my signature Celestial Breathwork™, a technique that blends rhythmic breathing, deep house soundscapes, mudras, movement, and storytelling to facilitate altered states of consciousness and deep emotional release. Through the breath, I support clients in regulating the body, dissolving emotional blocks, and accessing clarity, insight, and embodied transformation.

I also specialise in psychedelic integration, having completed a year-long professional training with Psychedelics Today. This work deepened my understanding of non-ordinary states, trauma-sensitive processing, and the ethics of expanded consciousness, all of which shape the way I guide clients seeking grounding, clarity, or integration after profound experiences.

Dreamwork is another pillar of my practice. I work with dreams as portals into symbolic, archetypal, and emotional dimensions, tracking messages from the unconscious, exploring archetypes, and translating the language of the soul into meaningful guidance.

Since 2021, I have held space for hundreds of clients across private sessions, group ceremonies, retreats, corporate wellness environments, and major festivals. My work has unfolded in intimate healing spaces as well as large-scale artistic gatherings, always with the same intention: to create a grounded and potent field where transformation can unfold safely and authentically.

My offerings weave energy healing, Reiki, breathwork, intuitive readings, ancestral practices, dreamwork, and ceremonial support. Every session is crafted to meet you where you are, honouring your nervous system, your pace, and the depth of your personal journey.

People often describe my presence as grounding, intuitive, and deeply attuned; a steady companion through the layers of their healing.

This is the heart of my work and the medicine I carry. I have always said that the future is ancient my purpose is to bridge the timeless and the modern, so transformation can unfold in a way that feels both sacred and deeply human.
