What is PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®?
A new form of exploring consciousness: PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is a dynamic breathwork ritual, designed to let you explore who you are and how to live your purpose.

Developed by Eva Kaczor, it combines ancient breathing techniques backed up with the knowledge of contemporary neuroscience and the art of electronic music.
How do I learn to trust my sensitive nature?
It is innate. In fact, biologists have found it in over 100 species (and probably there are many more) from fruit flies, birds, and fish to dogs, cats, horses, and primates. This trait reflects a certain type of survival strategy, being observant before acting. The brains of highly sensitive persons (HSPs) actually work a little differently than others’. What is the cancellation policy?
All bookings have the same cancellation policy: full refund or change date up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days of the event, you will be fully charged and not eligible for a refund.
How often are the group breathwork sessions?
Group sessions at the Light Centre, Clapham are twice a month: every 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of the month.
Exception for the month of December 2023 (check schedule).
How do the online sessions offer an immersive experience?
This is an immersive experience facilitated through a crafted technical setup that enables an enriched sound experience, complemented by professional-grade microphone. You will need to use YOUR headphones.
I've never done breathwork before, can I still join?
Anyone can join PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®. No prior experience in any type of breathwork is needed.
Are there any Counterindications?
Some practices do have counterindications on them, it depends on the practice you are asking about. Please refer to the event description page for more information, or send me an email through the contact form.
