Do you want to be on-board of something magical? Are you simply curious to discover more of life? are you on self-exploration journey? or do you seek to tune out of the constant chat of the brain? If you answered YES to at least one question of the above, this might be where you need to be. You are about to embark on a beautiful breathing journey with me! PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® combines elements of ancient yogic breathwork practices and neuroscience. We use this developed breathing technique to enlighten the subconscious mind, using nothing more than the air around you. Following the guidance of the practice, you will naturally reach an altered state of consciousness! (without any psychedelics) Also, bear in mind, every session has a spiritual topic that is the guideline of the session. We also breathe following a melodic playlist created by me. Join us for a guided session with beautiful melodies, designed to expand your spiritual side and pull your inner strength, power and peace to the surface. Whether you have experience with breathwork before or are exploring it for the first time, all are welcomed into this safe space. It is also a great practice to improve your breathing and connect more with your breath. By purchasing the How to prepare:  Wear comfy clothes it is recommended to practice on a light stomach (i.e. not eat heavily within 90min of the session) What to Bring: Bottle of Water A journal to take notes after the session (optional). Where: At Milo and The bull, it is 4min walk from Clapham Junction Station. We provide mats, bolsters and throws :) The centre is usually closed on Sundays, which means I manage opening and closing the doors. Please make sure to arrive 10min early to set up for the session.
