One of the main highlights of the year remains sharing offerings at Fabrika Festival in North Africa.
Seeing how many people were open and curious about breathwork in the festival, was a big surprise for me. I had no expectations as I went and I remember sitting on the plane looking at the window thinking F**k! I actually don't know what I am doing! will people turn up? and I was hoping for a turnover of 5 people to join! But I actually had over 30 breathworkers on a certain day!
The Magic of Fabrika festival is the fact that everything happens in a hotel , on a clear beach in November (not too hot!!), and to also the fact that music doesn't stop for 4 days! However, this has created the extra need for the ravers to take a time for themselves, breathe and go within... and this is why my offerings were important and of service to these beautiful Humans!
I am already looking forward to the next one!
