In a world that rarely asks us to stop, this half-day retreat is an invitation to step outside of ordinary time.

To slow down. To rest. To breathe. To remember that not everything needs to be productive, understood or solved.

As we move deeper into autumn, we are invited by the season itself to turn inward to gather our energy, tend to what matters, and honour the natural rhythm of descent, stillness and renewal.

This is also a space for connection. Connection with yourself, with the people gathered around the fire, with the earth beneath you, and with the ancestral threads that have travelled through generations to reach you.

There is something powerful about coming together in ritual. Across cultures and throughout human history, people have gathered around fire, shared food and herbs, spoken prayers, made offerings and marked the turning of seasons together.
