This bespoke 6-week program offers a mindful, personalised approach to overcoming breathing challenges. It is thoughtfully designed to help you understand and reset your breath patterns, empowering you to manage panic attacks, reduce high anxiety, and regain control through mindful breathing techniques. Program Overview: - Breath Assessment & Lifestyle Evaluation: A thorough analysis of your current breathing patterns and the lifestyle factors influencing them. - Breathwork Practices: Weekly guided sessions tailored to your specific needs and breathing challenges. - Breathwork Homework: Practical exercises to reinforce techniques and cultivate sustainable habits. - Reiki Healing: Integrated during Week 2 for gentle energy cleansing, supporting your journey. An optional additional session can be included in the final week (at an extra charge) to enhance and seal the work. Structure & Flexibility 1- Standard Schedule: One breathwork session per week over six consecutive weeks, including an energy healing session in Week 2. 2- Flexible Option: Four weekly sessions followed by bi-weekly sessions, with an energy healing session in Week 2. Additional sessions can be arranged if desired.
